SKILLED NURSING
Our licensed and experienced nurses provide care, treatment, instructions, and education to patients and their families. They encourage and support patients to function independently in order to improve their health and quality of life.
PHYSICAL THERAPY
Our physical therapists work with the patients and their physicians to develop an individualized plan of care to assist our patients achieve independent and optimal functional mobility.
OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY
Our occupational therapists work alongside their physician in developing an individualized treatment plan to help recover and/or adapt to illness.
MEDICAL SOCIAL WORKER
Medical Social Services staff provide patients and families with psychosocial support needed to cope with chronic, acute, or terminal illnesses. Medical Social Workers assess each patients individual situation and help patients and families by providing education and counseling and making referrals for community resources available to them.
CERTIFIED HOME HEALTH AIDE
Certified Home Health Aides compassionate, caring, and supportive personal who are supervised, trained and evaluated for competency by our Registered Nurses.
DURABLE MEDICAL EQUIPMENT
Medical supplies and equipment are provided to patients to assist in a better quality of living. Arrangements for these services will be made to meet the special needs of each patient individually.
SPEECH THERAPY
Our speech-language pathologists work with the patient’s physician in developing an individualized plan of care to improve speaking, reading and writing comprehension; auditory comprehension; improve memory and neurological skills, and strengthen muscles for swallowing.
